At Bayt Perfumes, we aim to ship all orders quickly, securely, and with care.
We currently ship within Canada and The United States of America only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using Shopify’s real-time Canada Post rates.
Free Shipping
Orders over $75 CAD automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery Time Estimates
Standard delivery within Canada typically takes:
3–7 business days
Standard delivery within The United States of America typically takes:
5 - 14 business days
Please note:
- These times are estimates provided by Canada Post.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
- Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect timing.
Most customers receive their order much sooner, but we set a wider window for reliability.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped using Canada Post via Shopify’s integrated shipping service.
We do not offer:
- Local pickup
- International shipping
- Same-day delivery
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.
Wrong Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Bayt Perfumes is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages after delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the cost of reshipment.
Damaged Packages (Transit Damage Only)
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping conditions (crushed box, broken bottle, leaking from impact), please contact us within 48 hours at:
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- Brief explanation
We will review and offer a replacement if eligible.
Damage caused by customer mishandling, such as improper storage of roller bottles, is not covered.
