Return & Refund Policy — Bayt Perfumes
At Bayt Perfumes, each perfume oil is handcrafted and carefully prepared. Due to the personal and consumable nature of our fragrances, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfume oils
- Orders with unliked scents
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Leakage resulting from customer handling or improper storage
This ensures hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Shipping Damage Only)
If your order arrives damaged during shipping—such as broken bottles, crushed packaging, or leaking due to transit impact—we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.
Important Note on Roller Bottles
Our products use 10ml roller bottles**, which require proper handling.
We are not responsible** for leaks caused by:
- Bottles not being tightened fully
- Storing bottles sideways or upside down
- Carrying bottles loosely in bags or pockets
- Exposure to heat or pressure
- Dropping the bottle
To prevent leakage, always:
- Ensure the cap is fully tightened
- Store upright in a cool place
- Keep away from excessive movement and heat
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perfume oils
- Samples
- Limited editions
- Sale items
- Gift cards
